4 Days 3 Nights to 3 States, in DownSouth.....!!

Adiyogi Shiva Statue

Holi vacation was here in March 20 and I was all set for my another trip this time to down south of India, though I always plan to make one trip to south India once a year i.e. Bangalore to strengthen the ties with some wonderful people whom I met here in the year 2014-15.

This trip was planned from Bangalore > Mysuru > Ooty > Coimbatore > Thrissur > Bangalore as per the itinerary.

It was like three states Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala in 4 days. Me and my Delhite friend Yash had left for Bangalore on 7th Mar 20 during this time Coronavirus outrage had just initiated so we guys had just taken all precautions of wearing a mask and using sanitizers wherever applicable but now as we have passed the end of march 20, coronavirus🦠 has🤢 become a pandemic. So we hope it ends soon and the people around the world are saved and staying at home and keeping a distance from one another to see their children and grandchildren grow.

As we reached Bangalore which has amazing weather with clouds, rains and Sun all at the same time so one could enjoy the same. At Bangalore, we boarded the special airport buses KIS-8 from airport to electronic city at the cost of 300/- each which took another 1.6 hrs and drop us at Singasandra bus stop, our very own neighbourhood where "We the WooDieSs" had taken birth (WooDieSs is my Bangalore gang name).

Mr. Gauri MDF (my dear friend) was there to pick us in his new shining Toyota Glanza car. In Bangalore to purchase an Alcohol is never difficult you could find liquor shops after every 2-3 km. We purchased our stock of Beers, Whiskey and Rum and then landed at their hideout place situated somewhere at Electonic City Phase - 2, I met Gauri's better half "Vidhya", who is also my good friend, greeted her and she welcomed us in their new house, which was so beautiful and floors were as sparkling as a bald men's baldpate.  We discussed about our plan like how it will work out and how will we go ahead with it.

To start with we had left late night by 3am for Bandipur National Park, the drive was a bit rough but was in high spirits. The roads were clean and beautiful so one could enjoy the drive.

MySuru Palace

We had our breakfast at Mysuru then we had
left for the Bandipur National Park. The roads towards the park were amazing with loads of twists and turns but unfortunately, the park was closed and the park opening timings didn't match us then the motto of the trip was always to enjoy and if something didn't works out go for Plan B else Plan C keep adding and exploring.

As the park was closed, so Gawri suggested that we could also see animals on the way towards Ooty as well while going through Bandipur. I immediately nodded and said then let's go as we had limited time and days with us and we wanted to see more places in less time.

So below are the images of the animals we saw on the way, the curve drive over the roads were so amazing and beautiful with trees of bamboos on the sides of the roads whose shadows were falling over the roads which looked magnificent.

The deers were seen crossing the roads and exchanging glances with you while they were taking their sunbath and eating their grass. The white spots and the 8-9 horns of Deer looked remarkably appealing, the photo credits of the deers is to be given to Vidhya's DSLR. While we kept moving ahead in our Toyota Glanza the copycat of Baleno Car,  we saw a Wild Boar which looked nice and calm.

Barasingha Deer

The wild boar

The Bandipur National Park is also a Tiger Reserve but as we all say we hardly saw any Tigers although just to remind you that we are seeing all these animals outside the park not inside. If you really want to see a Tiger plan a trip to "Rathmbore National Park" in Rajasthan, for more information check out my last blog, click here https://bit.ly/2XsRjn

Search the Indian Bison

As we continue our trip further, my eyes were always either on the left side or right side of the roads which were automatically zooming in and out in search of animals as you never know if you see a Tiger here too. But what I saw at the hills of tea garden which were also to be seen on the way , where I saw a gigantic animal which resembles a Buffalo but it was the local Gaur also known as the Indian Bison, one had even came in front of our car, walking up few people sleeping beside's me i.e.Yash.

So here we all stopped by on the way to have a selfie click with the bamboo trees on the background, here I always say this like "When North meets South and together it is called  India" a perfect picture.

When North meets South and together it is called India

Me Somewhere in South India

The trip was going well as planned but few places had to be skipped not because we had no time but those were not having the right time to be visited. Rest we had also seen some beautiful falls such as
Athirappily Falls, Vazhachal Falls, Doddabetta Peak a part of Nilgiri Hills family.

Athirappily Falls - Indian Niagara Falls as they say not Me

As in we reached Coimbatore which was the hometown of Gawri where we met his wonderful Prakash family who greeted us and welcomed us and where we had our homemade South Indian dinner. The other day we visited the Adiyogi Shiva Statue built and managed by our very own SadhGuru. The place was very beautiful, nature-friendly and truly ethnic from the bull carts to the visit of ashrama a spiritual and yoga meditation place.

To conclude it was another wonderful trip of mine where I covered so many places and left my FooT marks on my Facebook profile.

"Thanks again for reading my blog and following me on my travel journey". See you again on my next blog, next travel after this pandemic gets ended, till then #staysafe #stayathome ..!!!

A date with Mrs. ShearKhan 🐅 @ Ranthmbore

As in I pen down this blog which was an exciting and a wonderful weekend trip. It was my third visit of my life to a wildlife sanctuary and this time it was "The Ranthambore Forest - Land of Tigers".

The picture taken above is not being copied from anywhere but it was taken via our camera, our live experience. Seeing a tiger 🐅 in open and it trying to hunt a deer is more amazing than watching it on Discovery or NG channels.

We always hear people saying "kaha hai tiger yaar, khoi nhi hai India mein" (काहा है बाघ यार, खोई नहीं है इंडिया मेंbut when you yourself see the tiger in front of you, you have a different story to tell and refresh the minds of such people in our society.

These are the above animals which I saw through my lens, and it was a mind-blowing experience.

Nature or one can say jungle is a different world altogether, it's like many animals must have seen us but we didn't see them but if u see a tiger in your trip than u say "pasie wasool ho gye yaar", (पैसे वसूल हो गए यार) and we were the lucky ones that we saw the tiger that too in Zone 5-6  which is now a core zone for us. Many say visiting sanctuary is not safe but my dear friend if u visit on a cantur safari it's not safe it's exciting and thrilling but we all know and are aware of Murphy's law anything which will happen will happen someday and you can't stop it, it's just you can prolong your death but can't avoid it example: the movie 🎬   final destination and its series must watch if u haven't.

Cheers catch u in my next blog ....!! thanks for reading.

Touchdown at Bhuj - તમે કેમ છો..!!

Rann of Kutch - Bhuj ,Gujarat December 2019

As I pen down about my recent trip it always makes me smile while typing this lovely trip which I was a part of, a week ago, where I travelled to the one of the lively vibrant part of our Indian state ” ભુજ ગુજરાત ..!! (Bhuj, Gujarat) .

It was a group of "Super 30" which came together by our one and only group lead Mr. Arun founder of TripRoadie🤘🏻. There is something special about this trip too as this time I didn't went alone as I was accompanied by my kin brother Mr. Kush Anand,  who was Kush for others but for me, he is Happy (nickname). Happy is a gem of a person though he doesn't speak much or interact with people around like I do but a very good observer who is a generous and kind-hearted human being.

As always there are some amazing new connections and good human beings that came together during this trip. In my boogie and at the station, I could find some couples too during this trip which looked amazing with one another, but there were some which looked to be couples but at the end, we could find they were just friends, which made many in the group including me happy.

Touchdown at Bhuj - December 2019

As we all landed at the station, we could see the Bhuj station clean beautiful, even the blue sky above us was as clean as a painting on a canvas. This beauty reminds us that how Delhi which being so polluted lacked this freshness.  When we started to assemble at the Bhuj station we all travellers who were scattered at different boogie's of AC or Sleeper class seats could now try to recognize each other.  I was in my Nike sweatshirt and puma tracksuit with my eye covered by my Black RayBan.

Never the less we started our journey from Bhuj station to Mandvi via a charted bus where we the super 30 had boarded. It was like people had made groups of AC class vs Sleeper class. There was a short height girl who was like a spark in a live wire but never use to stop speaking. To add a flavor to this spark there was another girl who was as quiet as our Ex-PM Mr. Manmohan Singh at our starting point ie old Delhi railway station but to which she was totally changed now her image from a Manmohan Singh to Bani (Ex-Roadiee), her name never use to match her image, the old times Sadhana to a new Roadiee Bani.

So you could recognize how wonderful the people were as they were coming from all walks of life. During our bus journey, it was only me who was trying to connect with people from front seats to the backbenchers and it was me who was removing self-ego being built among the travellers. On reaching the hotel at mandvi the super 30 group had tried to gel a bit with one another as now the hotel rooms were being alotted in nos like 3 people in 1 room, though it wasn't difficult for all except few who were landed directly to Bhuj via a plane from New Delhi and would consider themselves as NRI.

Day 1: We Super 30 had gone to Mandvi beach which was so beautiful and clean compare to the other beaches in our country which I had seen so far. The interesting thing about this beach was the local people around who were really genuine in the prices they had fixed for their commodities such as coconut water would cost us Rs 20/- or a ride on a camel i.e. (Rs 50/- one side).

Day 2: Visit to VijayVillas Palace, though you could see we all look colorful and vibrant just like the state of Gujarat.

Super 30 at Vijay Villas

Day 3: This was the day where we saw the most magnificent and remarkable piece of nature "The Great Rann of Kutch" the white salt desert as it is also known as.

The White desert had its own spark which made it unique in all its shape and size, it was like a sea of salt which was around us. The Sunset at Kutch looked amazing with the sun rays falling on the white desert acting like a mirror and reflecting back. Though walking over the desert was not as beautiful as seeing it due to the recent rains which had made the salt and the mud wet making it difficult to walk.

To sum, up it was a spellbound experience to see this lovely part of nature in a beautiful state of "Gujarat"  that too in our very own Lovely country "INDIA"..!!

#Incredible India...!!

See you in my next post with a new Trip..!!!

Dear Santa..!!

Dear Santa,

It has been an amazing journey which is going on in our life Santa, it feels amazing to have people whom you love, are around you especially your parents and family. But as we see the calendar which is changing with time now it is 2019 and the next coming year it will be 2020 and when I read next it could be 2021. Though we were not here 100 yrs back ie 1920 nor we will be there 100 yrs next i.e. 2120, so Santa my question to you is, where we will be next or where was I earlier?

The people who were so dear to us or were with us during our journey but are not there anymore,  where are they now? This is the question which I believe nobody can answer in this universe of us until we ourselves be a part of it. Once we are a part of it then who will convey this message that where are we then or where we were earlier.

So Santa maybe you could answer this for us as you are travelling during these years and will keep on doing so in another 1000 years from now or more.

Waiting to hear from you Santa, wish you Merry Xmas 🎄 2019.

Thanks,

Warm Regards,
Your Well Wishers

We made it to Paravati valley "Kasol"

LandScape

It was the month of September 2019 when we decided to make it to the valleys. It was a plan which we were planning to make long before you can say 5 yrs back from today but it never use to get materialized. Today when my childhood friend got married and we at last decided to make it through the valleys, here the 1st click from the Volvo is of the landscape picture directly posted here above.

Hash Hurbs
I being a person who loves to travel, if you have seen my last post that was from Rajasthan this from Himachal Pradesh next trip is also on the books, so stay connected.

I feel one who is fit can enjoy the beautiful moments and places by travelling to these sights and catch them through their naked eyes and shoot them by their camera.

So here it is the post coming from Kasol, when you see this town which is far away from the continuous horns blown in our walled city to a calm and peaceful place like this. Here the temperature drops down with dusk and the river of Parvati which is flowing down the valley adds the cherry to the cake.

The Kasol market which was having all the shines of the cafes and pubs the street were as glittering as the ones we have in Goa. The narrow streets of the market, where the liquor was easily available like we get momos on our Delhi streets.
ExTended FrienDss

There are hash hurbs, tracking trails, huts, and apple orchids @ Kasol it was indeed a wonderful place to enjoy over your weekends. You will find lots of Israeli people walking down the streets and their food which is being served in and around Kasol. A spectacular wonderful 2 days weekend trip is what one can enjoy at the sides of Paravati valley eating hot maggie at the sides or doing cheers at the cafe with cigarette smoke being puffed in the atmosphere.

The lust and pine trees of Kasol which makes it a magnificent place to be with friends or your loved ones.  So here a taste of my story which ends in a good note "We made it to  Paravati valley "Kasol" ".

Ram Ram Saaa..with Aliens..!!

The much-awaited trip is here that too on the day filled with "colours", wherein I went to the colourful state "Rajasthan" on the day of ”Holi". There was something special about this trip as I went with some group of people whom I didn't know & meeting them for the 1st time in my life. Sounds strange as when you don't know someone then how will you enjoy 😉 with them. But it was a trip to remember.

The trip starts like this, as in I reached the old Delhi railway station via Delhi metro was searching the group leader Mr. Arun who was as thin as a stick I meet him at the sideline of the station, he was the joint owner of the company "TripRoadie" as they call it. My logo to it is 🤘🏼 in my blog.

Trip Roadie Alien's Gang - March 2018

I was in my decathlon "khaki" blue Capri with my marvelous red backpack bag, whose string was tied to my decathlon sleeping bag which really proved me as a traveller but to some people, it would look funny 😁. I meet some bunch of people of the group who were bankers, HRs,analyst, tester, or developers you could see people from all walks of profession who came together.

When everyone introduced eachother I started with my earlier profession of Tata & Aviation which always makes other people's action "oh" is it , & make them amazed & proud to what I use to do back in IAF. I use to end by saying I am looking for a switch in IT . But I really used to steal the show. Our journey started well on time & our seats were in the sleeper class of the train, but I was told that my ticket was in RAC as I booked the ticket 1 day before. So I was sitting as Mr. Vinnet rather than my real name, to which Mr. Arun told" you just be relaxed when TC comes don't become afraid just relax", I was like wtf is happening & I just nodded my head to him. He told another person of our group member Mr. Krishna a South Indian guy from Combiture to show the ticket to TC. Krishna was of my age, I as usual started interacting with him & he was like you just shut up ”don't piss me off” but I wanted to share what I had in my mind. I came to know that Mr. Krishna was working with Microsoft but had late working hours & as always he too was not happy with his job as he doesn't like to stay in north India & wanted to go back to South India but had no opportunity. As it is a saying that "nobody is happy with whatever he/she is presently doing or having”.
Chalo lets move on, so there were a variety of people, one of them was Mr. Kanav a Punjabi Munda from Ambala, a Punjabi ascent guy who never liked a south Indian guy around but both were comfortable with me. If you listen to Kanav's English when he speaks, there was no fluency but who cares as this guy works with Nagarro an MNC firm as a software tester earning a handsome salary.
Here I am sharing some pictures of the trip.

Aliens Turned Friends

Looks amazing right no second thought, but my real motto during the trip was meeting people to get my CV forwarded in a reputed organization.

There was a girl with a very good career experience but being unemployed from last 2-3months and being a chill person and joining this trip was even a thing to talk about. This was a learning factor for all. As it says trips are amazing if you get some like minded people, so now the Aliens 👽 were turned into friends. So everyone had something or the other on the trip.

RJ 04 TA 1040

Our trip was from Del-Jodh-Jaisalmer-Jodh-Del ...!! Though I really had a wonderful time seeing Rajasthan through Jaisalmer.

But when I saw the desert 🐪 it was so lovely to see it, at the same time I could remember the snow at the beautiful hill top in Kaza, sea at goa & now desert in Rajasthan was just an incredible experience..!! As the desert view looked astonishing in all the places I had been, nature at its best.

Jaisalmer Fort - March 2018

While at Jaisalmer fort the view from the fort to the city was eye catching, it looked as if at night from the reflection of the moon 🌑 the city comes alive. The people of Rajasthan were so generous by nature which made them extraordinary, they folded hands while greeting & wish us Ram Ram Sa  to come again. I must say for ₹6000 for the weekend trip was full "paisa wasool" looking forward for more trips like this. Thanks to Trip🤘🏼.. Keep Reading & Exploring...!!

Biography of a Pencil...!!

To start with I don’t know where I was born, but I consider trees as my mother. I am mostly loved by children. Staying under the same roof with pens & my other kins like color pencils, crayons etc I came to know about their existence. I have been loved by people & children in my red & black strips attire designed by our fashion designer Nataraj in the year 1958.
I have been married to paper for a long time now, though people are not aware of this, as we both can’t live without each other and are incomplete in absence of one another.
You will always find us together where ever we are that’s the bond we have for each other but as we all know the happiness of others is not accepted by all, so the villain in the picture ‘Pen’ which always tries to impress my sweety pie paper. Pen always wore different luxury attire’s thanks to their costly designers like Hugo Boss, Ferrari, Pilot, Parker etc to mark a special place in the heart of my dear paper.
But I know that the life of a pen is too short as compared to me so my love for paper is immortal. We pencils have mostly been used by children till their 4th grade in school and after that, they have stopped using us and choose the devils ‘ Pen’. The devil pen never have to face any pain as we pencils do by placing our heads inside the sharpener to prove our worthiness, but still we are sidelined. We pencils are much fit physically compare to the pen’s and can be fitted anywhere without wearing a helmet to which they call as “pen cap”. Though not all pen’s wear a helmet but we pencils never ever wear helmets. We are mostly affordable to almost anyone it’s just our attire which differentiates us from our other siblings. I know one fine day we pencils will be loved by all among different age groups not only children or students. So I request you all to keep loving us and we promise to do the same.
